If you remember, during the Deepavali season when there were fireworks, Robin went on a terrorising spree, targeting mostly, poor Smurfy, his elder brother.
Smurfy is a very mild-mannered cat (but so was Robin) and he did not fight back.
So things were quite chaotic at the catio. Robin would be terrorising and chasing Smurfy whenever he felt like it.
Poor Smurfy.
But after Deepavali was over and the fireworks ceased, things went back to normal.
However, the terrorising restarted 2 days ago.
Yesterday, Smurfy was so terrified he stayed up on his lookout corner, too scared to even come down for breakfast. I did not know what happened before that, though. I was worried that Smurfy might be sick.
Smurfy only came down for lunch. There is no lunch at the catio, but because of Smurfy (who had skipped breafast), everyone had lunch.
This morning, pandemonium broke loose in the catio. It was total madness. Robin chased Smurfy with a terrifying war cry to and fro in the catio. I tried to stop Robin but he was quite obsessed (or possessed?).
Smurfy fled up to his safe corner at the lookout.

Poor Smurfy, but at least he is safe here.
I have even seen the Monsters fighting on the platforms leading up to the lookout. Let’s hope Robin leaves him alone. If things don’t resolve, my plan is to put Smurfy in Bunny’s Place whenever we go out. Smurfy is not mischievous and will not antagonise the Super Seniors. The Super Seniors nowadays no longer initiate fights with anyone. They have retired and they live in peace…unless someone antagonises them. Then Cow, Indy and Cleo will defend themselves. Bunny can’t, because he is blind.
No wonder Smurfy has been asking to come into the living area for the past few days. Poor little Smurfy…we didn’t know. Smurfy’s best friend is Ginger.

The tyrant, Little Robin.

Robin: I’m still the adorable Little Robin, remember?
Yeah, right.
As I am writing this, Robin was chasing Lynx and trying to pick a fight with him. Come to think of it, maybe I should put Robin in Bunny’s Place, right?
Hmm….does Smurfy’s character have anything to do with his name being “Smurfy”? I named him Smurfy because when Minnie first brought him to our porch, he was so, so incredibly small. On hindsight, I should have named him Saxon or Hercules or Thor?
