Our CNRM-cats return to eat together!

This morning, both Gerald and Creamy returned together for breakfast!

Their surgical sites and their ear-notches are dry and have healed.

Both ate heartily.

Ever since we released them, Bushy has not been seen anymore. That’s good.

Meanwhile, Riley is doing well too. But she still prefers to stay in her room upstairs with the door wide open (for her to come out whenever she likes). She sometimes goes over to Tab’s lookout in our bedroom to enjoy the scenery of the park.

In the morning when I wake up, she is actually downstairs underneath the bluish stool looking out at the catio. I don’t mind letting her out to the catio for some grass and soil, but she will probably be terrified of the Monsters for now. I’ll give her time to get used to them first, through the safety of the security door. She mews loudly at them for now. I doubt the Monsters will bully her. They pick cats their own size; they are fair in that. The only thing unfair is that they don’t pick cats their AGE! They bully the Super Seniors.

Tabs on top, Riley below, both looking at the mirror.

This is Riley’s ear-notch.

If you are reading this, have you helped to share our open letter to YB Nga Kor Ming, please?  If you haven’t, please do help us share it as widely as you can. We need the numbers and to spread the awareness (especially to those who may not know that there is another more humane option to manage the street animal population). Hopefully, by sharing, it gets to the ears and hearts of the lawmakers who can really make a difference in amending the by-laws.

Thank you!
