We decided to make the move this evening.
But first, I made sure our Super Seniors had a good dinner, then Sam and Blondies also had a really good dinner. This is to ensure that in case there are any hunger strikes, at least all have had a good meal to last through a hunger strike tomorrow.
So we moved their paraphernalia down first. Oh, I must tell you this – the empty boxes worked. But one kitten was still peeing and pooping outside the box. I also have to stop cleaning upstairs. Many times I almost slipped and fell in the bathroom and the tiled floor. At my age, it is very risky to fall down.
Anyway, as I’ve said, they need the natural sunshine, grass and soil. Living inside a bedroom is no way to live. So, sooner or later, they would have to move down.
The sooner the better for everyone to adjust.
The Blondies came out first. Samantha was last, as expected.
Riley was on hand to shepherd all her wards.

Gerald also busied himself on the roof. He was supervising too.
Gerald is welcome to join his family, but he makes too much noise and the neighbours might complain. Also, I don’t know if Cow Mau and Indy would accept an adult male. They might not.
Cow Mau is cool about it. He’s being very, very generous.
We moved everything down, including their cat tree, the rattan chairs and the tunnels.
Samantha went into Indy’s cage. Indy takes the penthouse so that’s okay.
We brought in Riley’s cat tree as well since she would be spending time here.

For once in our cat parenting years, the females outnumber the males!! We now have 8 females and 7 males indoors. This is the very first time ever!
The females are Cleo, Tabs, Minnie, Samantha, Riley, Kai, Akira, Indra. Guest: Misty.
The males are Cow Mau, Indy, Ginger, Smurfy, Rey, Robin and Lynx. Guest: Gerald. Occasional guest: Creamy.
If we count all, then it’s equal. 9 females and 9 males. But Creamy only comes occasionally nowadays.
I hope the Super Seniors will accept the Blondies and Sam. It might be good for them to have some youthful energy in Bunny’s Place.
The Blondies seem to be really happy. Samantha is a little cautious but her acceptance of the place is much, much better than what I had expected.
I’ve already ordered Golden Triology platforms to be installed in Bunny’s Place. It is going to be like the platforms in Ginger’s Catio.
