I got up at 4.30am this morning.
Gerald was already meowing at the porch. He just knows the moment I get up.

Offered a bit of my home-cooked food. He ate some but not all of it. Of course he still prefers the familiar.
Juno also came into the kitchen, so I offered some of my home-cooked food too.

She was busy grooming herself, then she realised there’s a new aroma….

She ate almost half of it, but the moment I added some steamed pumpkin, she stopped. Hmm…but why? Yesterday when I syringe-fed the steamed pumpkin in between the ID, she loved it. Maybe compared to the ID, anything is better? Anyway, for her, if I introduce any new food, it has to be done very gradually and in small amounts. So I later finger-fed her the rest of the steamed pumpkin with her Promax.
I think the steamed pumpkin is really doing a great job at hardening her stools.
I found a well-formed small bit of stool in the litter box and she passed out more well-formed stools this morning, right before my eyes. This time, I did not see any blood anymore. We are slowly getting there.
Yay!!
A good start to the morning!
