Juno’s morning report

Juno had a bit of soft stools again this morning, but compared to yesterday, I think there is some improvement already. But it’s still not as well-formed and solid as Monday’s. There was a setback yesterday, I don’t know why, but I hope it will continue to improve today.

Otherwise, her second vaccination would have to be postponed again. If it’s postponed for too long, she might have to repeat the entire vaccination schedule.

Juno’s appetite is very good, so that’s a plus. She had a home-cooked breakfast with Fur/Ball as a topper.

Aww…I removed all the feathers last night, but I placed them back this morning since I’m around to monitor.

She loves her golf course, if only to just sit on it.

And she won’t sit on it unless the feather is there. It’s so cute!

A post-breakfast snack of kibble. Juno is on a weight-gain programme so she can eat whenever she likes.

In fact, I got up at 2.00am this morning to go to the bathroom, and Juno also rushed to the kitchen and waited. She ate a snack at that time too. Then, we all went back to sleep.

This morning, she had some soft stools with a little bit of form. It’s a slight improvement from yesterday, so I’m hoping for more improvement today.

Just as I’m writing this, I heard scratching at the litter-box, so I went to check and Juno was defecating.

Still a bit soft and wet, but there’s form. I’ll take the win and hope it continues to improve today!

Juno weighs 1.46kg this morning, which is her weight before she fell sick.

“Hope” is the thing with feathers –
That perches in the soul –
And sings the tune without the words –
And never stops – at all –
And sweetest – in the Gale – is heard –
And sore must be the storm –
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm –
I’ve heard it in the chillest land –
And on the strangest Sea –
Yet – never – in Extremity,
It asked a crumb – of me.
