Kelly takes it upon herself as the guardcat at the guardhouse!
So, who does she guard the entrance from?
Dogs!
Yes, you read that right – dogs! Not small pet dogs, but large dogs.
I saw her chase a dog yesterday. I really did. The owner was bringing the dog into our housing estate for a walk and Kelly chased the dog. Luckily the dog was on a leash, because he/she was definitely something like 10 times bigger than Kelly.
Apparently, there are a few dogs whom Kelly does not welcome. She chases them. Goodness me!
I went to feed her this afternoon when the traffic had cleared.
After eating, she’s watching a butterfly now. Yes, just watching, not chasing.
Kelly doesn’t chase butterflies, she chases large dogs!
