Our reader, Ms Ooi, recently went to Penang and she bought a total of 23 metres of 14 different designs cotton cloth for us to make more blankets for auction!

The 14 pieces of cloth came in this beautiful bag.
They are all very soft and lovely cotton.
Tiger seems more interested in the bag.
It’s 5 pieces of 2m, 2 pieces of 3m and 7 pieces of 1m.
14 different designs.
We can make many, many blankets out of this batch of cloth and even if each blanket goes for the minimum of RM150 (our starting price), it would already generate a lot of funds for the animals.
Aren’t they just lovely?

We hope our auctions can continue to attract bidders. The auction is a fabulous way to raise funds because 100% of the donations go into our Fund and can be put to work immediately for the animals. There is no cost involved from our funds because all materials and workmanship are donated.
So, do help us by forwarding our auction link as widely as you can. My mum and I can sew, and our kind readers have donated so much cloth. We just need to find more people who are interested in purchasing our auction items.

Gosh! So many pretty cute designs. It must have been fun shopping for them.
Yes it was fun shopping with so many beautiful designs and lovely cotton material to choose. Didnt count how many metres until i got home as got carried away :).
Hope the cute and colorful designs will attract more bidders hope more people will participate to help the animals. A big thank you to Dr Chan and her mum , not forgetting so many beautiful cats taking turns to supervise the design and sewing of blankets 🙂
