Ref: http://animalcare.my/2011/06/another-previously-spayed-female-cat.htmlSiew Choo brought this white cat, Belle, to be spayed in June, but our vet was very sure there was a telltale incision line on her side, which indicates that she had already been spayed.  Coincidentally, Belle also disappeared from Siew Choo’s back alley for a whole week about a month before that.  All this…

  • Winnie and dad – new rescuers in the making!!

I wrote this about a week ago: http://animalcare.my/2011/07/appeal-for-help-to-catch-stray-dogs-in.html.  It was about Winnie Low and her father, who feeds the stray dogs at his workplace in North Port, appealing for rescuers to help capture the dogs to be spayed-neutered.  Since no one volunteered, Winnie and her father decided to try to do it themselves.  So, Winnie and her…

  • An S.O.S. trip to the hospital for Bunny

After Indy came home and all the hustle and bustle in feeding him medicine and trying to deworm the rest, we noticed the Bunny was unusually quiet.  It was after dinner that we felt his body and it felt really warm.  He was also sleeping and not looking too good.  The previous two days, he…

  • Indy goes to the vet’s

I’ve always been concerned that Indy drinks a wee bit too much water.  He only drinks from the running tap and no where else.  He would call us (yes, he CALLS us) to go into the kitchen and turn on the tap for him.  Then, he licks the running tap water.  And it has always…
