My most sincere apologies to everyone. The server must have had a bigtime hardware crash and we were down for more than a day. I updated important announcements at our facebook during this time.
We’re back now and there are lots of posts to write to update you on what happened between then and now.
Huey and Wah (bless their kind hearts) helped me reinstate the back-up on this temporary server (the other server is STILL down – bigtime crash over there) and yesterday, I purchased another package from another webhost and will be trying it out for a month to see if we can be “up” most of the time.
The back-up was only up to 14th March, so Huey and Wah spent the last few hours extracting all the missing posts from Petfinder.my (luckily they have all our posts, reproduced in full) and reposting them here. I also tracked back all your comments and every single one has been reposted now, exactly as it was, perhaps only the date and time may not be very accurate.
We rushed this up so that we can send the link to the new webhost to do the migration.
Phew! That was such hard work.
My heartfelt thanks to Huey and Wah, for without them, our entire history would have crashed with the server. They not only reposted the text, but also inserted the photos one by one.
When the migration is in process, please expect another downtime for at least a few hours. No worries this time, we’ve got a back-up, and it’s updated!

Eeek! We should be apologising for recommending a not-so-reliable host in the first place. Well we didn’t expect that as we’ve tested ourselves before and although not a big huge corp the reputation was OK.
