My friend sent these today:

 He has started eating already, and seems to be normal.

 Good boy, Mr Quack…

 Poor guy, his ears are down…

Are you feeling sad, Mr Quack?

    LoL he looks adorable. What is going to happen to him after? Is he going to be released outside or up for adoption?

      So far the plan is, to try and rehome him first failing which, he joins my friend’s community under strict surveilance. But before all that can happen, it’s rehab for the Quack. I would have loved to rehab him, but I don’t have any place to confine him. Ginger will probably pack his bags and leave.

    He’s a handsome boy alright but looks like he has many issues. Good luck to the kind soul who decided to take him in for rehabilitation. Am pretty sure he’d be a loving kitty after gaining trust from a kind and loving owner.

    I totally agree with you. Under his thorny exterior lies something very soft, precious and lovely – he is like a durian, you know. All the thorns to protect the inside 😀
