The other day, I was given a pack of Primal Freeze-Dried Turkey and the inside and outside cats went crazy over it!
It’s BARF in nugget form.

This was the Turkey formula which didn’t even last 3 helpings as the whole bag was brought down, torn and bitten by Bunny & Friends.
At Pet World, it sold like hot cakes – both the cat and dog formula.
Though pricey, Malaysian pet owners are extremely generous when it comes to giving their pets the best.
I managed to purchase a small pack of Chicken and Salmon yesterday at closing time.
Am waiting for the big packs to come as it would be more economical to purchase the big pack, having so many mouths to feed.
Either the cats could smell it even before it’s open, or they recognise the pack, or they read the label, I really don’t know, but everyone got so excited and followed me closely.
Quick, quick!!
This is what one nugget looks like.
You can go to the feeding calculator at the website, key in your pet’s weight and it will tell you how many nuggets your pet needs per day. However,”how many nuggets your pet needs” may not be synonymous with “how many nuggets your pet wants”, right?
The calculator: http://www.primalpetfoods.com/education/calc (Bunny and Timmy both tell me it’s wrongly calibrated, though.)
Chomp, chomp…yum, yum, yum!
Pole is a very fussy eater, but she loves it!
Not enough!! The calculator is wrong!!!
My fussiest eater, Cleo, loves it the most!
So there’s no question about it, I would have to buy it.
Eh…why, Cow?
Oh, it’s too big for your mouth?
Okay, serve the cat properly….measure size of nugget and size of jaw, break it up to bite-size bits.
And are we getting it too?
Of course, of course!
Willy loves it too.
Mr Z didn’t come, so…sorry, friend.
Are there anymore of those nuggets?
I’m keeping it in the fridge for optimum freshness but it’s not really necessary.
My cats are waiting for the shipment to arrive!

emmm… the cats really know how to live.
Oooh! Good opportunity to train all your kitties to come when you call. Either you put the nuggets into a container that makes a loud distinct sound when shaken, or shake your keys before serving, or …. Better still use it for clicker training! Once the kitties can recognise the “Primal Freeze” sound, you can get your cats to come back real easy anytime they do an escapade.
I bought it for my dogs & kitties too! They go nuts over it!
I’m checking this out for Jack. Looks good!
Awww … look at the satiated customers. They are a picture of happiness and cuteness <3
My fav picture here is the perplexed looking Cow. He looks super cute sitting demurely looking confused 😀
Yes, mine too! And who would believe he has killer instincts programmed in him which can be drawn upon anytime when his mood changes!
