Hazel Karameow Balestorm (sister of Oreo) gets her Purple Strawberry Blanket but…

oreo poslaju

The Purple Strawberry Blankie was posted to Oreo and Hazel via their Grandmama’s address and a funny thing happened. Grandmama almost rejected the blanket when the poslaju delivery man announced that there was a consignment for “Olo dan Axel”! Anyway, the blanket has reached Oreo and Hazel now…

Dear Dr Chan,

Hope we are not too late to wish you a Happy Teachers’ Day-ngiao! Grandmama came over  to bring us Hazel’s blanket. Hazel loved the pink and purple but she much preferred my rainbow blanket-ngiao so now I have to use a girly blanket instead! Now on hindsight, maybe I should have bid for a more masculine blanket-ngiao… Oh well…
Attached are some pictures for you…

Picture 1: Testing out the blanket to see if it can withstand me doing yoga on it-ngiao. My doctor said I need to lose weight so I’ve been practicing yoga daily now.

Picture 2: Hazel trying out the blanket… Don’t you think her ears make her head look tiny-ngiao?

Picture 3: Me chilling on the blanket…

Picture 4: Hazel still prefers the rainbow blanket and my bed-ngiao! So I have to use the girly blanket on our beanbag.
So, here’s my suggestion:
Here’s an idea – tell mama to wash your Rainbow blanket kau-kau.  Use Amway’s detergent, if you have to.  Wash off all of Hazel’s scent and play “massage” with Hazel by rubbing the girly blanket on her.  Once her scent in on the girly blanket….she will go for it and you can have your Rainbow blanket back!
Try it?

Hi Oreo! You and Hazel look so comfy on the blankets and beds. The colours match beautifully with both of you too.

    Hello Dr Chan,

Big brother Oreo is still napping (he sleeps so much!) so I thought I’ll reply on his behalf-mew. I LOVE pink and purple but there’s something so bright and cheerful about Oreo’s rainbow blankey that I can’t resist it! But I promise I’ll be a good girl and let him use his blankey and bed every now and then-mew.

Nevertheless, thank you so much for making the purple and pink strawberries and please also convey our thanks to your mum and Ginger too-mew.

    Hello Auntie Chen Chen,

The blankies are very comfortable. Not too hot on a sunny afternoon and yet keeps us warm on a cold rainy day like today-mew.

    Purrs and headbonks,

Hi Hazel! Oh, I thought your middle-name was “Karameow”? Now, where did I see that….hmm. Sorry if I’ve got it wrong. By the way, I love your “-mew”s!

        Hi Dr Chan,

Oooops! It is Karameow-mew. Mama says it’s just like “caramel”. I didn’t notice that I forgot to change Oreo’s name to mine!

        Purrs and headbonks,
        -Hazel-
