Bunny wishes to thank everyone who has written in to ask about his wound and wish him well.
I’m okay, everyone. Thank you very much for asking about me!
There is no more soggy mass at all. I only sprayed the pet spray onto it and Bunny starts on a 10-day course of antibiotics (Clavamox) this morning.
A summary:
Day 1 – It was 0.5cm in diameter and visibly deep. It had just ruptured and had started drying up within hours after application of the pet spray. There was soggy mass (pus inside) which was pressed out every 2 hours. The pet spray was sprayed on 4 times.
Day 2 – Healing and drying up. Just a bit of soggy mass. The pet spray was used 3 times.
Day 3 – Only a tiny wound left. No more soggy mass.
Bunny was also giving an antibiotic injection on the morning of Day 2, and starts on a 10-day course of oral antibiotics from Day 3 onwards.
Our disclaimer holds. Please consult your veterinarian for a proper diagnosis and it is advisable not to self-medicate. In Bunny’s case, I brought the spray to his vet, his vet checked the ingredients and said it was okay to be used on Bunny’s wound.
Bunny did not find the liquid irritable and hence, did not lick it off furiously. He did, however, lick a bit of it, but it’s non-toxic, so that is safe.
Fun moments at the patio (without the PatioCats).
Have a happy Sunday!

Looking like a boss!
Good to know Bunny is all well… 🙂
Wah, Bunny!! Sudah slim ya ;p Where are the patio cats today?
The PatioCats were just outside in the porch. We only confined Bunny to the patio so that he doesn’t see the PatioCats.
