I have been down with high fever for a few days now and as such, I have not been able to process your subsidy applications since Saturday (13th Dec 2014).
My apologies for the inconvenience and delay caused. I will process your applications as soon as I am able to, but for urgent cases from today onwards, you may wish to apply to other organisations as I do not know how long I will be down and out.

I’m sorry to hear that. I do hope you will get well soon. I was down with a fever on and off since Friday. There is a very nasty bug going around. Don’t worry about the claims. Get a good rest and take care.
