After lunch

Today, all 13 cats had ikan kembung kukus for lunch.

As I was steaming the fish, all 6 PatioCats were already in the kitchen surrounding the stove. Cleo jumped onto the window sill from Bunny’s Place to watch too. Indy and the rest were all gathered at the grille to “monitor” the aroma (and make sure the aroma and the food enters Bunny’s Place first).

The rest are all having a siesta in the garden!

The ikan kembung only cost me about RM4.00 – to feed 13 cats! So in times of an economic crisis, we can save a bit once in a while AND the cats get a total treat and surprise!

Note: I’m told that chicken is still a better protein for cats as bird is their natural food. But it’ll have to be kampung chicken which is hormone and antiobiotic-free.
