AnimalCare is deeply saddened by the demise of one of our very generous supporters, Bro TY Lee, from Singapore.
Besides his work in charity and service to the Buddhist community, one of Bro TY Lee’s life missions was to promote vegetarianism as an act of kindness to all animals. His website www.loveusnoteatus.com is popular among animal lovers and vegetarians. Whenever we had events, Bro TY would courier hundreds of his car decals and stickers to us for free distribution. He also supported us in a few more projects, one of which was in collaboration with KindMeal.my to promote compassionate eating.
When I wrote my book, “Do we have a choice” to promote eating less meat, Bro TY Lee sponsored 10,000 copies of the book and until today, we are still distributing the books far and wide.
Bro TY will be deeply missed and we extend our deepest condolences to his family on their loss. He was a very gentle man, very generous, kind-hearted and very modest.
May Bro TY Lee attain a good rebirth and be free from suffering.
