I just finished processing 11 applications today and we paid out RM2320 for 22 cats and 10 dogs. That is just for today. With SPCA’s SFS fund and now, Selangor Neutering Subsidy (run by PAWS), hopefully we can take a good break from Selangor cases. But of course we will still go on helping caregivers…
