Guacamole Malaysian style (for dummies)
I was going to make avocado pancakes with mashed avocado and green jackfruit flour, but it was too difficult to mash up the avocado. So I decided just make guacamole with tomatoes, without the mashing.
Note: Tomatoes are better eaten cooked because the lycopene walls break down with heat and this increases its bioavailability by a whopping 50%! But I was too lazy to cook it.
Here you go – my own very lazy-styled guacamole with just avocado, tomatoes, green jackfruit flour and some sambal from a vegetarian shop.

Mix it well, of course. Haha… I know it doesn’t look very appetising, but I don’t need that. I just need the food to be healthy. I’m very easy to please.
