This is my homecooked lunch today! The protein is Kampung Harvest eggs where the eggs are unfertilised and the chickens are never slaughtered. The vegetables are broccoli stalks (more nutritious than the florets), pumpkin, carrot, green capsicum (with seeds), broccoli and alfalfa sprouts, garlic and kale. And of course, green jackfruit powder as a thickener for the gravy (only because I need the green jackfruit powder for my liver).
