
Today’s brunch contains carrot, leek, broccoli & alfalfa sprouts, broccoli stalks, pumpkin, bok choy, gojiberry, konjac rice (it’s dietary fibre) and two Kampung Harvest eggs (unfertilised from happy free-range chickens who are never slaughtered), topped with mushroom seasoning.
