Rey has stopped sneezing!

As of today, I have not heard Rey sneeze at all. Looks like the Cetirizine and Vetri DMG worked without needing any antibiotics. Since Sunday, his sneezing also had not got any worse.

I’m so glad he is okay now and truly thankful that the sneezing did not spread to any of the other cats.

Through it all, his appetite has been fantastic so the sneezing did not affect his sense of smell. Maybe it was a mild viral infection or a case of an allergy. Rey still has 5 more days of medication so we will definitely complete the course.

    I’m so happy Rey is doing well. He looks like he feels good. Ellen White,(I hope I remembered her name correctly) wrote pet articles for the Star news. She and her husband found a black kitten at a mamak stall, and I adopted her. I brought her to the US with me and she is now 18 years old and doing great. She sneezes at times, and we found out she is allergic to grass seeds. She loves to eat them, but she is the best kitten. Malaysian cats seem to be very adaptable. We had 5 when we lived in Bukit Jalil. They were such joys.
