Jayden insisted on bringing a soft toy for Juno, so I found a tiny little puppy toy.
She seems to like the toy too! Jayden was overjoyed.
Juno has been a bit confused since this morning when I found that she had wet her cardboard bed. Yes, she urinated into her bed instead of the litter box and used the litter box as a “home”.
Looks like I definitely spoke (praised?) too soon about Juno being litter-box self-trained.
Again this evening, I found the cardboard soaked with urine and the cloth was wet too and there she was, sitting in the litter box.
I have now taken away the cardboard box and replaced it with the white tray with towels and handkerchieves inside. Let’s hope she knows which is which. I’ve also stimulated her to urinate inside the litter box with hopes that she will know. Tomorrow, I will buy Cat’s Best Sensitive cat litter to “train” her further.
Please wish me luck!
Now, Juno, this is your bed, ok? Please don’t pee in your bed.
Still no poop for today. I hope I find nice poop tomorrow morning. Sometimes, when on raw food, the absorption is good and there is very little excrement. Let’s hope that is the case.
Goodnight, little Juno. Sweet dreams.
