  • Updates on Perky, a Klang Dog Pound survivor

    Perky is one of our Klang Dog Pound survivors.  She was rescued in December 2009 along with many others.  Perky was spayed, treated and subsequently adopted by Meiling.  Here’s a photo update from Meiling: According to Meiling, Perky is still as “perky” as ever.  She looks really well and happy, too.   • Happy Birthday to Cow, Bunny & Pole

    Cow, Bunny and Pole were rescued four years ago, on Mother’s Day 2006.  I was taking a Sunday morning walk and had found them huddled together by the roadside.  They only opened their eyes two weeks after that.     Happy Birthday, Cow, Bunny and Pole!

  • Updates on Duke, the brave warrior

    Duke is a CNRM-ed cat, currently being looked after by Mas.  In February, Duke was brought in to our panel vet for treatment for dog-bites.  Although the wounds did not look too bad initially, it was later discovered that there was more than meets the eye.  Upon shaving the fur, there appeared multiple wounds that finally required two surgeries.  Duke was warded for almost…
