Still no sign of Gerald
It’s 4.30pm now and there is still no sign of Gerald. I’ve checked the CCTV in the porch and he was last seen at around 7.34am yesterday morning heading towards the right. This sudden disappearance reminds me of Timmy, also a ginger cat, and also very vocal. Timmy disappeared suddenly one afternoon and he never…

Gerald, where are you?
We last saw Gerald yesterday, after breakfast. He ate his breakfast, then my husband saw him casually walk down the road, like he was attracted to some cat sounds in that direction. He looked curious. Not excited, just curious. Then, he did not come back all day and by evening, we went out to look…

These are all good news, and we hope for more good news to come. Slowly and steadily. Meanwhile, we, the little people, will just…

Gerald and Creamy
Creamy still comes for food and it’s already Monday. I wonder if his family is on holiday or something. So, everything in the porch is quite chaotic because Gerald is still afraid of Creamy and too frightened to eat when Creamy is around. Yesterday, Gerald missed a meal because of Creamy. Yesterday’s meal. Today, he…

Ginger’s inhaler
All’s going well with the daily procedure using this Aerokat chamber to administer the inhaler for Ginger, as long as he doesn’t stay up on the platforms! Sometimes he does and we would just have to wait for him to come down. Yesterday, a big fight broke out between Ginger and Smurfy on the lookout.…

Riley’s happy slumber parties
We have been sleeping in the living room for the past few days. It started when I had the flu and I haven’t exactly fully recovered yet, and it’s just so easy to just sleep downstairs. The happiest of them all with this arrangment is…Riley! If we sleet upstairs, when we go up the stairs,…

Gerald’s terrible yowling episode at dawn
Gerald started yowling at around 5.30am this morning. It was loud, persistent and very, very disturbing. In fact, it was so loud that even the Monsters got angry and launched an attack on him from their catio. Gerald was perched up on the ledge and yowling nonstop. So the Monsters climbed up to their platforms…
