  • JT rehomed!

As I’ve posted yesterday, I chanced upon meeting Mr Perumal and his son, Noveen, who was looking for a puppy to adopt.  I brought them over to view JT and both of them liked him instantly. So, this morning, the Leong family (Andrew, Yi Lin and daughter, Sam) and I brought JT to his new home.…

  • Maria’s cat will be adopted

This is the cat brought in by Maria a few days ago for spaying under us.  The cat also has scald wounds.  Maria was going to return the cat to the feeder, but Rani helped me find an adopter, so instead of going back to the street, this cat is now going to a nice,…

  • Updates on the two football pups

Kanthan just called a moment ago.  Stevie and Lamps are both okay.  However, he said he has discussed with his mother and she said two puppies are enough for now.  Hence, he won’t be able to take Chelsea and JT anymore.  We’ll have to look for another adopter for the two.  Any takers?  Please help…

  • Two football pups adopted today!

Do you remember Chelsea and the football pups we brought back from LLLP, Bentong in October?  At Bentong, we found that Chelsea was sick, and the pups had rashes, so we brought them back for treatment.  Our friends, Andrew, Yi Lin and their children offered to foster the entire family.  http://animalcare.my/2009/10/mummy-dog-comes-hometo-football-team.html Andrew with the puppies…

  • Tara, Tara, Tara…!!

I went over to visit Tara at my mum’s place today, and brought her chicken breast meat.   Here’s Tara, lying very contentedly in the porch. We think Tara is just an extremely choosy eater.  Right now, her current favourite is sardines with rice.  She eats the chicken as well.     That’s her eating up the remnants…

  • Shaggy is fostered (hopefully, adopted)!

Remember Shaggy?  Here’s Shaggy when first rescued from the Klang dog pound: Shaggy is definitely someone’s pet because she has already been spayed.  And she is some sort of purebred, or at least, mixed.  Lisa brought Shaggy back from LLLP because she figured the farm helpers might not know how to take care of her…

  • Bessy has been adopted!

http://animalcare.my/2009/12/basset-hound-up-for-adoption.html I was very confident there would be callers for Bessy (an abandoned purebred Basset Hound, still young and healthy), and sure enough, on the same day itself, I had at least three callers.  I’m still getting callers now, but Bessy has already been adopted by a Mr Yeoh.  Alice handled the adoption.  Now, I’m…

  • My mum adopts Tara!!

My mum has decided to adopt Tara!  According to mum, a few days ago, she had a vision in her mind that a dog would come into her life, and it looked like an alsatian.  Yesterday morning I told her about Tara and asked if she would be interested to foster her for the duration…

Great news, folks!  After a wild-goose chase today, we found out that Megan had already been adopted last Monday.  We actually found two adopters (thanks to Jamie Khoo) this morning, and since I was busy at our booth at Jaya One, I enlisted the help of Alice Ong to find out about Megan at PAWS. …
