• The kittens’ camaraderie

Take a look at these photos! No more releasing them for breakfast in the kitchen since they still have the habit of stealing food. Now that they need to reduce their food intake, they have to eat in the cage. Together! Smurfy is in the wooden sink. Aww….it’s Robin and Lynx. This is either Rey…

  • Ginger has a gang now

It used to be Ginger standing up alone to the Super Alphas at Bunny’s Place for years. But why Ginger does what he does, nobody knows. He would just sit at Bunny’s Grille and appear to taunt Indy at the other side of the grille. Indy would go totally crazy and Ginger would just stay…

We have provided an aid of RM100 for the neutering of this cat. Mr Goh sent two cats, but we cannot provide our aid for the other cat because the ear was not notched. Updates on previous cats are below. I have sent 2nd batch of kittens to spay and was successfully completed. Attached is…

  • Indy’s bullying has stopped…for now

Looks like the one-night jail sentence did the trick…for now. Indy did not bully Bunny the whole day yesterday and there was peace at Bunny’s Place. Either Indy decided to continue with self-imposed jail time or he just likes being in the cage!

  • Stalking the tupai

Led by Smurfy, the kittens had a first lesson on how to stalk the tree shrew, Mr Tupai. But of course, Mr Tupai was totally safe in the garden. Where is Lynx? Lynx: I am applying the art of camouflage, waiting to pounce on Mr Tupai. Soon, Mr Tupai was seen running along the ledge…

  • Bunny sneezes too…. (the cat flu bug)

It was just a matter of time…. Bunny started sneezing as well, so we are going to put him on the same medication as Cow, as advised by the vet. No need for another car trip since it has just started and it’s at an early stage. The flu bug – it’s airborne and it…

  • Cow goes to the vet’s (cat flu)

Cow suddenly started sneezing yesterday afternoon. After consulting the vet, I started him with Vetri DMG and Cetirizine 10mg half tablet (anti-histamine). This morning, my husband took Cow to the vet’s as I had to work. I was also concerned I noticed Cow straining to defecate two days ago. But I gave him Lactulose for…

Ever since Indy and Bunny got into a fight which resulted in Bunny having to go to the vet’s (eye injury and several wounds on body, but Bunny is recovering very well now), Indy has been starting fights with Bunny for no apparent reason. Bunny would be just sleeping on his mat in a secluded…

  • Who are the “fat” kittens?

Today we took Minnie and the kittens for their second vaccination. All have gained significant weight!  Minnie is now 4kg! And each kitten gained at least 1kg, which is “too much”, so the kittens are all officially FAT! Yes, fat with “no waist”, so they all have to eat less. Well, I guess this weight…

  • Asking for trouble

That would be the perfect title of this photo below…. ASKING FOR TROUBLE This is Robin. Behind him, is Ginger nudging the little one to go disturb the Cows?

  • Cow Mau and Bunny Bright Eyes!

Updates! Cow Mau is eating fine and well. There appears to be no more pawing of the mouth now. For him, it’s all about maintaining the cleanliness of his teeth now so that he doesn’t need another scaling! I give him Orozyme twice a day now. But I still cannot use my finger to rub…
