At 3.30pm sharp, Gerald comes back a-mewing!
Gerald has got back to his daily outdoor routine now. He will come for breakfast at reasonable morning hours and then, for tea time at 3.30pm sharp. I heard the familiar mewing this afternoon and quickly got his canned tuna and chicken gizzards for him. For breakfast, it’s pure raw chicken gizzards and meat but…

Juno wants to come out of the den!
Juno can already climb up to the cat tree platform! She uses the sloping roof of the toy house to get up here. She knows from the roof, she can get out. Grow up quickly, Juno and we will let you out to the Safehouse to live with Riley and Tabs!

Gerald returns, Creamy, Lizzie and others
When Gerald is outdoors and he comes back to our porch, he mews. He doesn’t yowl. So, yowling is complaining and demanding to be let go. Last night, for the first time in more than two weeks, we had uninterrupted sleep….finally! Gerald did not come mewing at all, so we slept through the night. It…

Indra to vet’s (mild sneezing)
Indra is back from the vet’s. It’s mild sneezing. The 1/4 tab Cetirizine I had given earlier seemed to have reduced the sneezing by a lot. So the vet said to continue with 1/2 tab Cetirizine for another two days, Vetri DMG can be given for more days, L-Lysine twice daily. She should be fine.…

Gerald is back…after 3 hours!
After three hours, Gerald came mewing back to our porch. This was when a thunderstorm was threatening to brew, so I quickly scooped him up against his will and brought him back to Bunny’s Place. Not so reluctant after being greeted by his family. I quickly cleaned his wound too since I had the chance.…

Gerald is free again
My plan was to release Gerald on Thursday, but he decided he’s had enough of being confined “in prison”. Today’s yowling has been very loud and nonstop. I remember the vet saying that if he’s yowling this much, it means he’s not happy and he wants to be outdoors, so for his happiness, I should…

Indra’s sneezing
Indra is definitely sneezing, though it’s not too bad yet. I’ve called the vet and the only slot available is at 4.30pm today, so I’ve since given her Vetri DMG, L-Lysine and 1/4 tab of Cetirizine (an anti-histamine). I’ve also given L-Lysine to Samantha since she’s willing to eat it. The matriarch is still a…

A peek-a-boo tale from Juno!
“Peek-a-boo!!” Juno loves her toy house! She also loves playing with the rubber balls. She would roll them around on the floor and when the balls roll towards her, she runs into her house for cover! Riley wants to play too! Actually, Riley has jumped in before. “Peek-a-boo again!!” I have not heard Juno cough-sneeze…

Juno and Jayden’s toys
A giraffe, a diplodocus, an elephant, a T-Rex and a giant furry cat!!! Juno explores Jayden’s toys. Tabs joins in. Riley too. Juno gets play time daily, outside her den.

Indra is eating, but sneezing
Indra is eating very well, but I noticed her sneezing this morning. I’ve already given her Vetri DMG and will monitor her through the day. Eating both raw food and of course, kibble. I only got Indra and Samantha to eat raw food this morning. Never mind, just be grateful it’s two and not zero.…

Gerald’s wound and the yowling
Gerald is probably yowling more because he knows he is much better and wants to go back outside. There is still a gap inside the wound because when I pump in the liquid to flush it, the liquid goes it and then spouts out like a mini fountain. But as long as there is no…

Juno’s new toy house
Here you go, Juno! Your very own toy house. It has a sky roof for natural “sunlight”! I washed this blanket to give to Juno. This was the blanket I sewed for Hiro last time. Juno was given play time in the kitchen this afternoon, out from her den. I hope that in a week’s…
