• The Monsters’ fight at dawn and a short Mothers’ Day tale

Our Monsters’ fight quite often, but it’s usually war cries and intimidation not amounting to mandatory vet visits. This morning, they fought again. First, it was Robin attacking Smurfy. Then, it was Lynx attacking Smurfy. This is new. I thought Lynx never initiated attacks. Next, it was Smurfy attacking Indy through the barricaded Stargate. Then,…

We managed to purchase the 200 tablets at a…

  • Two veterinarians who committed suicide (Dr Jian Zhicheng and Dr Sophia Yin)

Dr Jian Zhicheng We posted this story in 2016. Today is Dr Jian Zhicheng’s death anniversary and we feel that the grim reminder is more than relevant. • Breakfast at Bunny’s Place

This morning: Today is novel protein day! Whole Quail from Cubgrub! Riley is still not easy to feed. She will only eat when she is hungry. She won’t eat “on time”. “I’m also a raw cat”, says Riley. Indy is keeping the monsters at bay. No worries, Indy, they cannot come over now. Monsters, if…

  • A declaration by Akira and Indra

I received this epistle from two kittens today: Okay, message received. Akira and Indra have decided that although they were born in a bedroom in a house, they want to be raw cats. There were two litter boxes here, but they still did it outside both litter boxes, so I’m placing two food bowls here.…

  • After dinner at Bunny’s Place

All is going quite well at Bunny’s Place with the occasional poop and pee outside the box, but I do believe it’s getting better now. I did see Akira and Kai using the litter boxes in the pantry. Guess it just needs time. They are slow learners when it comes to the pee-poop issue. Just…

Misty is hiding because she knows Jayden is going to make her eat the pellets one by one! Gerald will play along. He’s such a…
