• Medical aid for 1 cat in Subang Jaya – Panna’s follow-up after double amputation (Szetoo Yu Ming’s)

We have fully sponsored RM95 for Panna’s follow-up today. These funds come from the specially-raised funds for Panna (please see below). Panna’s stitches were removed today, the healing is good. His blood PCV is 33% which is good enough, improved from the previous 25% before the surgery. The PBF shows he is a little low…

  • Please do not promote such videos or photographs

Very often in the past and even now, I see photos or worse, videos, of animals in danger being circulated with some warped narrative. They are usually animals in mortal danger and being “rescued” in the nick of time by some “hero”. I remember once where a dog or monkey was tied to a railroad…

  • Poor traumatised Smurfy

This morning, there was a war-cry incident at Ginger’s Catio. Husband rushed out to see Robin chasing “someone” who looked like Rey, but he wasn’t sure if it was Rey or Smurfy or maybe even Lynx. Robin is a scoundrel and a bully, but he is still very adorable. Fights between Robin and Smurfy happen…

  • Indra’s loose stool incident on the cat tree

Indra was really scared this morning. She had defecated while on the cat tree and it was loose stools. She didn’t know what to do. So she did the best she could, she tried to hide it by sitting on it. Poor Indra. So I peeled her off the cat tree and gave her bum…

  • Indra plays with Jayden!

Watching trains go by is extremely therapeutic, at least to me! Indra agrees and so does Jayden! Peek-a-boo! Indra is never far away.

  • Jayden learns animal names…in Mandarin!

You simply cannot go wrong with Jayden – he loves anything that has animals in it, be it soft toys, other toys, books, videos or anything at all. And he loves real life animals too. Here’s Jayden’s favourite book at his house – an animal book in Chinese. Take a look and turn up your…

  • Misty, faithful best friend of Gerald

As you know, all this while Misty will not eat if Gerald is not here and vice versa. The two are the very best of friends. For breakfast this morning, Gerald was not here again. It was only Misty. But for the first time EVER, Misty ate! She was reluctant at first, after some time,…

  • The Blondies’ breakfast today

Indra eats! Samantha eats! Akira eats! But did you notice they are eating at totally different places? Kai doesn’t want to eat. After changing Coco&Joe’s to Cubgrub’s Rabbit, Kai eats! A double helping too. So, it’s all about figuring out what they want to eat for that meal. Sometimes, they totally walk away from one…

We have provided a full sponsorship of RM510 for the neutering for these 3 dogs (RM180 each for the 2 females and RM150 for the male). Updates on all previously-claimed dogs and cats are below.

  • The Blondies eat at the same time!

As you know, it’s rare to get ALL the Blondies eating a proper meal the same time. Same place? That’s also very, very difficult, unless it’s junk food. This morning, I got them to eat breakfast at the same time! I think it’s because they skipped a proper dinner last night. They weren’t congregated at…

  • Doing Indy’s daily subcut

Today, I had a video taken of how I do Indy’s daily subcut. A friend requested some guidance as she has never done it for her dog before. So I’m sharing it here in case anyone might want to view the video too. In short: 1. Fix up the bottle of Hartmann’s solution (compound sodium…

  • Jayden and the Blondies!

    Isn’t this cute?
